The Sales team is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join the South Australian team and look after the South Australian, Tasmanian and Northern Territory markets.

Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales activities aligned with BSH goals, policies, and practices.
- Manage distribution, customers, and new business opportunities to effectively market and position in the marketplace.
- Foster personal connections with customer buyers, floor staff, and management, while monitoring customer floor stock.
- Drive sales activities to achieve BSH business plan targets.
- Focus on selling Agency model brands (Neff & Gaggenau, where applicable).
- Create and implement key account strategies with the General Manager of Sales & Head of Retail Operations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with assigned key account customers.
- Provide support to sales management and the sales organization.
Skills and experience
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales KPIs.
- Results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
- Effective presentation and training abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed by BSH.
- Valid driver's license.
