SalaryAUSTCORP are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the line marking industry or similar.Responsibilities and Requirements
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports for management review.

- Proven track record of success in Business Development and sales, preferably in the line marking or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (Pipedrive preferred).
- Valid driver's license and Construction Induction Card (White Card) and willingness to travel as needed.
