AddressWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Money Tolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our external business partners and clients in the mortgage industry. The goal is to introduce, retain and increase the levels of business to Money Tolk from our partners and clients, with a key focus on Business Development in driving sales and business growth in the mortgage industry, with a primary focus on accountability for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and develop new business relationships with external partners and clients in the mortgage industry.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients to increase retention and business growth.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products and services to partners and clients that align with their needs and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing and operations, to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to partners and clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.
- Meet or exceed Business Development targets to contribute to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BDM/Relationship Manager or similar role in the mortgage industry, with a strong track record of Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
