Business Development Manager

As the 2023 REIV Property Management Team of the year and REB's (Australian Real Estate Business Awards) Property Management Business of the year, we are a leading real estate agency in Victoria specializing in residential property sales and property management. Our mission is to provide a better real estate experience and deliver outstanding results for our clients. We are a dynamic and innovative organization, and due to our growth we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager

 Duties & responsibilities:

• Manage and convert leads into new managements.
• Generate and nurture new lead sources.
• Manage referrer relationships.
• Prepare management authorities and listing presentations.
• Negotiate fee terms with new clients.
• Advertise properties for lease and manage leasing campaigns.

Essential skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese. 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a BDM in Real Estate.
• Proven track record in converting leads and listing new managements.
• An assertive and confident negotiator.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly motivated with an accommodating / flexible approach.
• Victorian Agents Representative certificate.
• Current police clearance certificate.
• Australian drivers licence and reliable car. 

Preferred but not essential skills / experience:

• Experience with Salesforce, Property Me & Inspect Real Estate.
