About The Role
The focus of the role is to drive sales results by providing effective Learning and Development solutions for clients and prospects.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for growing our customers through new business to achieve sales targets.
Key Tasks
You will be a member of a POD - an autonomous self-organising team. The POD members will collectively determine how best to utilise the skills and experiences of the team members to achieve the following objectives.
- Grow revenue under management by 20% pa.
- Achieve an average margin of 65% or higher.
- Drive consistent improvements in customer satisfaction.
- High levels of team performance and cohesion – POD team NPS consistently exceeds 50%
Require Experience
- Tertiary qualifications preferable.
- Comprehensive understanding of education products and services.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B consultative sales role.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience crafting strategic sales solutions.
- Understanding of human resources, learning and organisational development is preferred.
