Position summary
The position will involve, but is not limited to:
- Working with builders, architects and building designers to establish project specifications.
- Developing sales opportunities in the residential and commercial building spaces.
- Developing and supporting new and existing distribution partners.
- Writing quotes and maintaining a project pipeline.
- Negotiating deals.
- Providing technical advice to customers.
- Achieving growth by hitting sales targets.
- Maintenance of CRM database.
- Development and delivery of professional presentations and meetings.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Successful sales experience in the building or construction industry. Experience with insulation, ventilation, condensation management products, facades, roofing and cladding is preferable.
- Professional communication skills and ability converse at all levels.
- Computer skills – Intermediate level with Windows, Office 365, Excel, Word, PP, CRM etc.
- Experience using construction data bases - Estimate One, Cordell, BCI, advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of construction; builders, trades/contractors, architects etc.
- Ability to read and understand construction plans.
- Ability and willingness to make outbound calls to builders/contractors/architects etc.
