The primary responsibility of this role is to provide the best solution to your prospect. For the most part this will be to our existing clients who will be looking to add more modules to their existing system. Building strong relationships with our clients and making sure they are using our software to its fullest is a big part of the role - as a SaaS software company client retention is very important. Managing clients will be a big part of this role. It involves total sales management from initial contact, site visits, analysis of requirements, product presentations, proposals, stakeholder management and closing. We are looking for someone who is capable of handling the sale from front to back and can work with our customer service team for client retention with the support of a goal-oriented leadership team. 

Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate: 

• Experience in human resources / payroll / T&A software
• Ability to liaise effectively with clients and fellow staff members
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle
• Experience speaking with C-suite executives
• Strong oral, written, communication and listening skills
• Professional presentation

Located in Milton, Brisbane with easy access to train, bus and ferry.

An attractive remuneration package applies with an uncapped commission structure.
