About the role:
As the Business Development Officer you will play a pivotal role in executing sales strategies to grow our unique business groups; NDIS, RTO and Secondary School.
You will
- Be accountable for reaching sales and results aligned to business group targets
- Identify and implement collaborations to maximise value for clients, community groups, employers & industry
- Maintain and nurture current employer, community groups and business relationships
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to build brand awareness that convert to participation and job outcomes
- Develop end to end entry level workforce engagement pipelines
- Foster strong relationships with industry and employer groups leading to workforce participation
- Monitor and compile data and trends, with a focus on development of opportunities in the sector
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous successful experience in Sales/Business Development
- Previous experience working in a RTO/Vet, NDIS or Secondary Education Sector
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Driven by targets and results with demonstrated results
- Strong business acumen
- Previous demonstrated marketing and sales skills
- Proven success in establishing and building networks and relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive established industry, employer and community networks
- High level digital literacy skills
- Willing and able to travel, full drivers license
