Drug Awareness Rehabilitation and Management (Drug ARM) is a not for profit organisation committed to reducing harms associated with alcohol and other drug use. Drug ARM has been a specialist provider of alcohol and other drug services since 1980 and currently operates throughout Queensland and parts of New South Wales.

About the role.
As a key player in our Fundraising and Business Development efforts, you will work closely with our Fundraising and Business Development Manager (FBDM) to explore innovative social enterprise opportunities, forge valuable corporate partnerships, and expand our retail and workplace giving programs. Your role will be diverse, engaging, and instrumental in shaping the future of Drug ARM.
You will manage donor relationships and oversee donation processing, ensuring a seamless experience for our supporters. Tracking and analysing the performance of fundraising campaigns and events will be crucial, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will assist in managing our retail stores (Op Shops), contributing to their success and growth.
About you?
The key experience and skills desired for this position are:
Essential: A minimum of 3 years’ experience of fundraising or administration experience.
Essential: Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Desirable: Experience in retail sector.
Desirable: Experience with Raisley, Stripe, XERO, and Lightspeed Software.
