This is a Customer Relationship/Business Development/Product/Revenue growth role.
The industry is an Audio Visual Production company in the Customer Relationship Management Space, with specific products and services to enhance corporate Customer Connection/Loyalty/Relationship and subsequent revenue.
The company has very specific turnkey solutions/services – these are defined in particular ways such that certain expertise is required to be able to build clients and subsequent revenue – to the extent that some services are not provided by other organisations, and so, unique knowledge is a key part of the role – mostly to be acquired from within the company, and so there is an important period of learning.
The applicant needs to have a university qualification. Relevant Fields: Customer experience: marketing and sales: Communications: Commerce, or similar - desirable for the applicant to have had experience in audio and visual production.
The successful applicant will be able to adapt to change, learn quickly, be a communicator of the highest order, be used to pressure and deadlines and be able to work with teams, as well as independently.
Experience is a mandate for this role – Please do not apply without anything less than 5 relevant years commercial experience.
The remuneration is commensurate to experience and qualifications, and extent of proven outcomes in Enterprise level business solutions and revenue growth.
This role will require travel – short stays, mostly within Australia, being based near the city of Adelaide.
