In this role, you will provide expertise and implement a wide variety of financial, administrative and management functions.
Duties include but are not limited to:- Whole School Budgets (financial running of school)
- Manage Ancilary Staff (50 people)
- Oversee & Manager external contractors
- Strategic management of the College’s financial resources,
- Human resource advice and support,
- Coordination of property and building maintenance activities,
- General asset management; information technology planning and implementation,
- Coordination of workplace health and safety,
- Community relations, College development and management of school support staff, and
- General administration functions.
About you - To be successful in this role you will have:
- Degree level qualification supported by appropriate commercial/educational experience,
- Experience in a supervisory role within finance and/or business administration,
- Current working knowledge and understanding of accounting practices (including taxation), HR management, industrial relations and WHS legislation (especially those related to the education sector),
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the building and construction industry inclusive of current project management,
- Sound understanding and working knowledge of management information systems, and
- Highly developed communication and consultation skills.
A relational leadership style, advanced computer skills, together with superior organisational skills are considered imperative, as is a commitment to and support for the College ethos and Mission.
