As a Business Improvement Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our business operations. This position requires a dynamic individual who is eager to learn and adept at handling multiple responsibilities across different departments. You will work closely with teams such as HR, finance, and site operations to ensure smooth business processes and contribute to overall organizational success.
On offer is a full-time salaried position, Monday to Friday.

- Assistance with change management implementation, including but not limited to:
- Investigating anomalies and opportunities,
- Developing written policies and procedures,
- Process mapping, process control and improvement,
- End to end performance measures, data capture, quality checks and analysis,
- Stakeholder management,
- Ability to travel to site operations in both QLD and NSW.
