They specialise in providing cutting-edge Business Intelligence solutions, employing a range of Microsoft technologies to empower our clients with actionable insights.
They are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging PowerBI and other Microsoft technologies to develop, implement, and optimise BI solutions that meet their clients' needs. You will collaborate closely with our data engineering team and interact with a variety of stakeholders to transform complex data sets into clear, compelling, and actionable insights.

- Design and develop robust BI solutions using PowerBI, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Work with the data engineering team to integrate Microsoft Fabric and other Microsoft technologies to enhance data processing and analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, converting them into technical specifications.
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality checks and validation processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is favourable but not required (Experience wins over Theory every time!)
- Proven experience as a BI Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on PowerBI.
- Proficient in Microsoft technologies, particularly Excel, and Data Lakes, with exposure to Microsoft Fabric looked upon favourably.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to translate complex data concepts into understandable terms.
- Experience in SQL, data modelling, and ETL processes is highly desirable.
