Form of workCome join team Weber as our Business Manager for NSW/ACT regions. You will work collaboratively with our existing Business Manager to provide exceptional support and guidance to our extensive network of Weber Stores, Weber Specialist Dealers, independent retailers and national accounts. This role reports directly to the National Sales Manager and will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis and start date is ASAP!
About the Role
The heart of our business is brand equity, which has been nurtured through the creation of “positive word of mouth experiences.” What does this mean!? We aim to provide exceptional experiences to everyone who comes into contact with the Weber brand. This will be your main goal as our Business Manager, particularly with our Weber Store and Specialist Dealer retailers and customers.
You will work closely on a day-to-day basis with our Weber Store and Specialist Dealer retailers as a business mentor to ensure a holistic approach to growing Weber sales within their business. When required you will also take the lead on product training, instore cooking, assist in implementing marketing and sales initiatives and strategic planning.
About You!
- Proven Business Management experience within the wholesale, supplier or retail sectors;
- Dynamic, driven, and customer focused;
- Demonstrates assertiveness and professionalism when negotiating retailer commitments to Weber;
- Ability to work autonomously with a self-starter attitude, operating with a high level of capacity and a ‘can-do’ approach;
- Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills;
- Intermediate level of skill with Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Advanced business acumen skills – can clearly identify how to manage a business relationship especially with independent family business owners; and
- Strong work ethic and operates with the highest level of integrity at all times.
