Founded by Australia's leading luxury brow expert Sharon Lee, known as the “Eyebrow Scientist”, is seeking an experiencedBusiness Manager to be based at front of house within our substantial Woollahra Atelier HQ.
Our space is like no other, incredibly private, operating more as a luxury clinic than a salon. Clients are seen by appointment only, often booked months in advance. The luxury Atelier has a private client lounge, featuring an open bar on arrival with seasonal small bites on offer and a varying array of custom nibbles.
Job Specific Tasks
This is a SENIORmanagement role best suited to a mature person who thrives on exceeding expectation for delivering outstanding service whilst creating a welcoming environment for our clientele. The role will encompass a variety of client- facing, phone, email and general administrative duties to ensure clients receive top quality service every time. Responsibilities include making appointments, processing payments, reconciling, stock control, meet and greet, salon set up and close, rostering and of course staff management.
A best-in-class service delivery attitude is important for this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing operations of the Atelier booking system and brand overall
- Handling all social media and marketing platforms
- Point of contact for all client bookings by phone, email and in person
- Reconciliation of client services and retail
- Work closely with the Managing Director on the brand overall
- Problem solving and deductive reasoning
- Maintaining stock inventory and orders
- Providing high end service of drinks and seasonal bites
- Creating a warm, fun and friendly environment for team and clients alike
Candidate Profile
- Business administration or accounts related experience of 7+ years
- Valid Australian working rights
- Creative
- Solid numeracy skills
- Strong analytical mind and the ability to pick up systems with ease
- Strategic, highly influential and collaborative mindset
- Good communication
- Can work autonomously as well as within a team
