Due to exciting growth within the electrical industry, we are currently seeking an organised, commercially minded Business Manager to join our high functioning operations team. Reporting to our General Manager, the successful applicant will provide support at an executive level across all facets of the business.
Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in management of people, policy and KPI outcomes.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met.
- Ability to problem solve and work under extreme pressure both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
- Strong emphasis on administrative skills set with excellent knowledge of MS office suite. simPRO software experience advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients and employees
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Manage and grow existing contracts and relationships to ensure service delivery standards are met or exceeded, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and submit maintenance tenders, site reports and quotations for new and existing contracts in collaboration with our general manager and relevant internal personnel.
- Collaborate and guide operations team to ensure seamless project execution in accordance with KPI's, contractual obligations and company policy.
- Utilize relevant knowledge of the electrical industry to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
- Oversee and support team leaders in order to achieve quality, accountability and effective business outcomes.
