• Operations Management: Streamline processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and enhance the client experience.
• Staff Leadership: Provide leadership and support to our team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
• Marketing and Outreach: Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new clients and expand our presence in the community.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience in business management, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of psychology or mental health services is a plus.
