Business Manager (Finance & Insurance)

Due to continued growth we are seeking to appoint a  Business Manager (Finance & Insurance Sales) to our multi franchised automotive dealership in Western Sydney.

To be the successful applicant you will demonstrate a proven track record as a successful Finance & Insurance team player as well as possessing the following attributes:

• EXPERIENCED F&I operative, preferable with necessary industry accreditation
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• Acute business acumen
• The ability to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven sales ability
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Hold a current Australian drivers licence
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
• Have the ability to work Saturdays and a 10 day fortnight
• Have at least 2 years industry experience
