Business Manager - Part Time

 
WOW Recruitment are looking for a driven and proactive individual to join a Not-for-Profit organisation, as a Business Manager, on a Part Time basis (3 days p/w).

• Competitive annual salary of $100K Pro Rata (60K + Super for 3 days a week)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
 

• Work closely with other members of the organisation to facilitate networking events, drive client engagement and build brand awareness.
• Communicate regularly with the organisation’s partners, which includes universities and several charity institutions to ensure the students and participants are benefitting fully and in-line with objectives.
• Establish a plan, gather resources, mobilise, and carry out the actual deliverables, in-line with the organisation’s long-term goals and over-arching strategy
• Determine and oversee the production of marketing materials by the marketing team (case studies, references, client quotes, etc)
• Manage project budgets, billing, collections, and the financial performance of engagements
• To help with the compilation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, collect financial and operational data as required

 

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
 

• You are able to take accountability and think outside of the box to focus on the development of the company and its activities
• You have excellent interpersonal qualities and enjoy interacting with people everyday
• You possess a growth mindset and eager to learn from an experienced founder and business leader
• You possess a strong understanding or connection to the Islamic faith
• You care deeply for humanitarian causes and truly want to make a difference
• Experience with reporting expenses, activities, results, market position and projections, with accuracy and promptness.
• Create capture tactics for sales targets that are in line with the objectives of the practice area and the business model
• To choose the proper course of action, use judgement within the confines of established rules and standards
