Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present Business Development reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Full clean Australian driving license.
