Role Overview: A versatile and proactive Business Manager Superstar to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, providing essential support across administration, marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration Support: Managing emails, scheduling appointments, filing and maintaining records to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Ordering and picking up resources and office supplies.
- Marketing Assistance: Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract new clients and strengthen our brand presence.
- Business Development: Identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting in the creation of proposals and presentations.
- General Support: Providing ad-hoc support as needed to ensure the efficient functioning of the business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration support and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organising and planning skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Must be able to be present at our office in Jindera NSW as required.
