We are currently working on recruiting a Business Manager to oversee a network of five schools across Western Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the education landscape while contributing to the growth and success of the organization. We are seeking a talented individual with strong administration and leadership skills and a passion for education to manage the business operations of their schools.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of business operations for five schools within the Western Sydney region, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and financial sustainability.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting for each school, ensuring financial stability and accountability.
Lead and mentor a team of administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders including staff, parents, government agencies, and community partners.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing education and business operations.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in areas such as resource management, technology integration, and process optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in business management, preferably in the education sector or a related field.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
