Position Details
Role: Business Operations Officer
Work Location:North Lakes, QLD
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time, 4 day work week, 8.30am to 5pm
Salary Range: $27 - $33 per hour
Reports To: COO
Qualification & Experience: Certificate/Diploma in Business and/or minimum of 2 years experience in administration or similar role
Accountabilities:
- Assisting the Team Leader and Business Operations team
- Assist with research and reports
- Intake and referral services
- Provide information and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Sound IT knowledge
- Data entry
- Monthly and quarterly reports
- Maintain program/office databases
- Carry out inductions for new staff
- Enter, monitor and maintain registers and logs for cars
- Support organisation auditing and licensing processes
- Assist and support REFOCUS events, programs and Facebook live
- Work under limited direction to provide administrative support
