The Business Partner Performance (DES) is a highly consultative position focuses on understanding service partners' business needs and providing tailored strategic and operational support.
You'll collaborate on data-driven strategies, foster partner relationships, and drive innovation and excellence in service delivery.
You'll be at the heart of our performance enhancement efforts, shaping the future of CoAct with every action you take!
Essential Ingredients for Triumph
- Strong analytical skills to turn data into strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-centric mindset with a knack for building relationships
- At least five years of experience in strategic planning or consulting roles
Value-Add Experience
- Familiarity with Disability Employment Services and related contracts
- Knowledge of Australian Government programs and regulations
- Experience with CRM systems and data management tools
