The Business Partner reports to the Workforce & Diversity Manager and works closely with the BP team who service their client groups through advice and coaching in people related issues and opportunities. This role provides front-line advisory and consultancy support services regarding, but not limited to, diversity and inclusion (D&I), workforce management data and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and employee relations issues, P&C policies and procedures, that relate to D&I or our systems. This key role works closely with the broader P&C specialist teams whilst supporting managers, supervisors and staff.

$98,542.08 pa - $113,400.04 pa + Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field and or relevant experience in a Business Partnering or P&C generalist position in a diverse organisation
- Experience in leading and supporting diversity related strategies, initiatives or projects in a large organisation
- Demonstrated commitment and experience with qualitative and quantitative D&I data and information
- Experience with Group Training Organisations (GTOs) and coordination of traineeships and apprenticeships
