The Role:
As the HR Business Partner you will be providing coaching and advice all business units whilst working on wider HR projects. This is a diverse role where you will support the business with coaching, IR, ER, compliance and change management. Your core duties will include;
- Business Partnering - Work with leaders to provide advice and assistance with strategic planning, anticipating, analysing and interpreting people management requirements
- Coaching - Providing advice to stakeholders across the organisation in relation to HR matters including; investigations, advice and guidance to performance management processes, grievances, disciplinary actions, change management processes and workforce planning
- Employee Relations - Manage union relationships, lead EBA negotiations
- HR Compliance - knowledge of legislation and employment laws & regulations (WHS and labour standards)
- Change Management - development and roll out of plans and projects across the business, responsible for the communication to the wider business
- HR Strategies - Develop and implement HR strategies, lead and support HR projects.
- HR Analytics - Analysis of HR metrics
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
- Experience as a HR Business Partners or HR Generalist
- LSI experience would be an advantage
- Strong coaching experience, especially at senior management level
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience working within white and blue collar environments (ideal)
- HR legislation and ER/IR knowledge required
- Flexibility to work 1 week a month interstate
