Description
You will be relationship focused and become a true trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including Senior Leadership and Employees.
- You will work with line managers in the Property space to build and implement recruitment solutions in line with business needs.
- Be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition trends and recruitment solutions to ensure you are securing the best talent
- You will provide wide range of services covering all aspects of HR including Employment/Education, Training, Employee Development and Remuneration and Benefits.
- A savvy HR Systems and Technology focus
Profile
As a true HR Business Partner with aspirations to continue your already successful career, you will have experience in the Property industry and a tertiary qualification. Your experience will be broad with a focus on Talent Acquisition and broadly HR Generalist experience.
