As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, fast fashion, or large/global organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent in a competitive market and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Expertise in employer branding and talent market insights.
- In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or RPO).
- Tertiary qualification in People and Culture or similar (preferred).
