Form of work1300SMILES Carindale is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised individual to join our team as a full-time Dental Receptionist.
Our Practice is conveniently located on the ground floor of the Westfield Carindale Shopping Centre. We are a diverse and family-orientated dental practice with a team of highly experienced Dentists who pride themselves on delivering high-quality patient care.
The role
As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care Monday to Friday. Your varied responsibilities will include:
- Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate treatment room.
- Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
You
Our successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a reception role with administration elements.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
