Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB), are a dynamic team of over 500 operational, sales and support staff, providing a comprehensive range of financial services to SME, Corporate and Agribusiness customers across regional Australia.
In addition to our general banking products and services, we also offer Agri-specific sustainable finance solutions, such as Australia’s first sustainability linked loan, Agri Green Loan, to help unlock profitability and build resilience for our regional business banking customers

Your Impact and Contribution
As a Business and Performance Insights Manager, you will support the Senior Manager in the development and implementation of data insight strategies, that support business goals and objectives. As such, your role may include but won’t be limited to;

• Design, build and implement data strategies to drive qualified decisioning.
• Extraction, transformation and loading of data from multiple sources.
• Data Integration, cleansing, profiling, and standardization.
• Driving data integrity through validation checks and audits.
• Creation of visualisation dashboards on Tableau and Power BI.
• Database development, implementation and maintenance.
• Feasibility and impact analysis on change and improvement initiatives.

Desirable skills and experience

• Solution driven data analyst with demonstrable success in a similar role.
• Effective business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Competence on Tableau, Power BI or other data virtualisation tools.
• Skilled at navigating and untangling ambiguity to identify trends, deliver insights, and communicate risks, and opportunities.
• Clear and effective communication skills across levels of senior leadership.
