Business Process Mapping (Sap Signavio)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to assist in reviewing our clients Supply Chain & Manufacturing processes. This is a major transformation project within the FMCG industry. There will also be some exposure to Salesforce Case Management

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps, classify opportunities and lead changes within Business Processes
• Liaise with key business users
• Map Business Processes in SAP Signavio
• Work on some Salesforce Case Management processes

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience as a Business Process Analyst, specifically in the Supply Chain, FMCG or Manufacturing industry
• Demonstrated experience using SAP Signavio
• Experience in an SAP environment, specifically across Supply Chain & Manufacturing processes would be beneficial, however not essential
• Any experience with Salesforce Case Management will be highly regarded, however not essential
