The opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Business Process Manager to join our Transformation team on a parental leave 12 month fixed term contract. In this role you will play a crucial part in identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements to our Business Processes to enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness to drive organizational success.
Your new role
Coordinate end to end operational processes including new processes, process changes and retirement of processes
Identify and drive process improvement and digitisation opportunities, and participate in improvement pipeline prioritization
Provide input to Risk and Control Self Assessments to be conducted for operational processes managed
Design, coordinate, implementation of, and seek assurance on the effectiveness of end to end operational process controls
Manage the creation and maintenance of process assets and artefacts to ensure an effective process library
Drive the adoption and maintenance of frameworks and standards related to process governance and management
Act as a Business representative on enterprise wide projects
About you
Experienced in process and value stream mapping
Excellent root cause problem solving skills
Able to apply strong stakeholder & relationship management skills across levels and geographies
Good communication skills
Understanding of downstream impacts of process-related decisions
Strong project management skills
Familiarity with process modelling and improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) desirable
Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements desirable
