A fantastic opportunity is available in our Woree office for a Sales Administrator on a full-time basis. We offer full training and support, which includes sales process, administration skills, and technical knowledge in parts interpretation. By nature you should be self-driven, enthusiastic, have a very keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers and internal staff to source and collate information relating to customer enquiries
- Proactively deal with inbound phone and email inquiries
- Prepare and develop quotations
- Maintain and input information into the CRM/ERP system
- Identify and source products for hydraulic applications - ongoing training
- Monitor warehouse despatch activities
Your capabilities and experience
- Proficient with window based applications
- Excellent data entry / accuracy with a strong eye for detail
- Outstanding customer service philosophy
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Sales exposure is preferred but not essential.
