The Role
Collaborating with the Partners, and overseeing junior members of the team, there is also a valuable opportunity to be client facing which will ensure a challenging and a consistently learning environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of management reports, financial statements, tax returns and activity statements for all entity types
- Assist Partners with tax and business advisory
- Assist clients in achieving their business and financial goals by working with professionals across each of the firms divisions
- Liaise with ATO and ASIC as needed
- Become a mentor to junior staff members
- 5–6 years’ experience in Tax and Business Services within an accounting practice
- Exposure to a broad range of Tax and Accounting matters across SMEs
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to delegate and manage your time efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with XERO and MYOB
