Based in the CBD, this 7 Partner firm have grown rapidly over the last couple of years. This is continuing with this role existing due to growth. Their clients range in sizes from very large to small offering you a broader exposure to technical issues than most other accounting firms.
This will help you be a better advisor for your clients. The founding Partners were from massive global firms who have attracted across very large clients. The culture is social with an emphasis on technically strong, smart, driven, nice people.
They are happy to be flexible so you can work from home some days.
The role:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients and accountants.
- You will have all the support you wish to assist you but you will get to manage the client relationships. You will also get to mentor juniors in the team as you will be the Assistant Manager of the team next in charge behind the Senior Manager. You will also work strategically on how to improve efficiency and processes.
- Take as much managerial responsibilities as you can handle from the Senior Manager. The more the better as this will free him up to focus on new business development. If you want more, you can get it!
The successful candidate will be:
- 4+ years of Business Services Accounting experience. Ideally from a firm where you will have exposure to large complex clients. You will get that exposure in this firm so the more you have, the easier it will be for you to hit the ground running.
- Qualified CA or CPA accountant.
- Exceptional communication skills are an absolute must with an engaging personality.
- Cultural fit. They are an office full of intelligent, driven people. Accountants who have the intelligence to know how to help clients and the drive to want to help clients will excel in this growing firm.
