My client is a Sydney based, reputable mid-tier firm (ranking amongst the Top 15 in the AFR Top 100). In this role you will be joining one of the highest-performing teams in their Business Services division. You will be working alongside some of the industry's most respected Partners and Senior Managers to service a diverse portfolio of clients. With representation in numerous countries worldwide, you network will grow exponentially.
You will have key responsibilities, including:
- Lead and provide mentoring to a team
- Provide comprehensive tax consulting and business advisory to clients across various entities including companies, family groups and high net-wealth individuals
- Develop an established client base
- Manage internal and external client communication
- Prepare, file and review of individual, partnership, company, trust, estate and SMSF income tax returns, BAS, IAS and FBT
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for all entity types
The ideal candidate:
- CA/CPA qualified.
- 5 + years experience in public practice accounting.
- Experience reviewing, mentoring and training junior colleagues.
- High-level communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine interest in progressing your career, and providing the highest level of service to the firms clientele.
- Possess the ability to use initiative and think outside of the box
