They are now requiring an experienced Supervisor (or a Senior wanting to step up) to share in their successes and continued growth.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a portfolio of clients from SMEs to large multi-entity clients.
- Provide strategies to clients in relation to budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, business structuring etc.
- Preparing tax compliance for all entities including large groups
- Provide a holistic wealth service to clients
- Support the Directors and assist with the strategic direction of the firm
- Assist with the management and supervision of staff including workflow, review and training
- Maintain an ongoing awareness of market/industry and competitor trends and grow your portfolio through continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with business development activities including drafting proposals and conducting client meetings
ABOUT YOU:
- CA or CPA qualified accountant
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with clients, C-level contacts, and high profile individuals
- You will be a motivated individual with a positive attitude, professional demeanour and excellent customer service skills
