An exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Services Manager to join a reputable mid-tier accounting firm in the CBD.
The Senior Business Services Manager plays a vital role in delivering a range of corporate tax compliance and financial accounting services to a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key contributor within a fast-growing Tax and Accounting firm, working in a high-performing and close-knit team, this role reports directly to the Director and provides key operational support, review and leadership across the Tax and Accounting team

Skills, Experience & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will need:
·An Australian accounting Bachelor degree qualification
·Strong leadership / managerial and mentoring skills
·Excellent technical and client skills
·Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
·Laison with clients on a timely basis
·Provide tax planning and cashflow advice to clients
·At least 8 years public practice accounting experience in Australia
·Be CA/CPA qualified
·Strong knowledge of all tax, accounting and compliance requirements
·Proficient with MYOB AE & MYOB AccountRight/Xero/Quickbooks
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Attention to detail
·Manage workflow and budget of the team
·Hard working and reliable team player
·Outgoing and friendly personality
