We are currently recruiting for a Business Services Officer to work in Adelaide Metro Area.
The Business Services Officer will undertake a broad range of administrative support tasks and activities which contribute to the efficient operation of single or multiple work group(s) or depot(s). The Business Services Officer may have either a small or large customer base and is the first point of contact for the workgroup staff and/or the public for administrative support tasks and activities.
Need to be experienced in admin resource, preferably with experience in:
Training management monitoring employee compliance, generating and analysing reports, creating training plans, maintaining licence data
Procurement/Purchasing (SAP) raising purchase reqs, obtaining quotes, utilising E Catalogues, goods receipting costs and services
Travel bookings arranging accommodation, flight, ferries, hire cars for field personnel, liaising with vendors direct and utilising travel management system.
Payroll timesheet review, processing and entry of reimbursements, claims and LAFHA
Safety safety meeting agendas, minutes, campaign support
Data entry archiving, project work, employee data entry
C Class Drivers Licence
