The opportunity:
The role will be responsible for the provision of administration and coordination to support the division. This will include pre-project tender/client interactions, project delivery and governance requirements to support the infrastructure division to deliver quality and value for clients in a safe manner.
This will include the following activities:
- Provide administrative support to Leadership & Project teams to ensure the efficient and prompt function of the infrastructure leadership team, including the organisation of meetings, general administration tasks, supporting tender development and team coordination.
- Support business controls tasks (time-sheeting, reporting, weekly reports, monthly reports).
- Organisation and reach out for client meetings, networking, and event coordination.
Nice to have:
- 4-6 years' experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
- High attention to detail with the ability to tailor written and verbal communication.
