Pay: $58.05-$64.26 / hour + super
Location: Sydney, CBD
Hours of work: 35hrs / week
*THIS ROLE IS FULL TIME IN THE OFFICE*
Primary purpose of the role:
- Oversee delivery of Business Support services, including reception and hospitality.
- Manage facility and shared space operations, such as reception, kitchen, and meeting rooms.
- Handle financial tasks like supplier setup, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate record-keeping and database management, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Actively participate in Workplace Health & Safety Committee, ensuring compliance with WHS policies.
- Manage facilities projects and drive continuous improvement in Business Support function.
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative Business Support services with a high attention to detail whilst maintaining high customer service levels
- Understanding of WHS policy and legislation highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues.
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain a First Aid Certificate within first few months of employment.
