APG Workforce are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a role based a Kingswood Government Sector.
- 3 month assignment - possible extension

- $64.26 Per Hour + Super
- 7 hrs p/d / 35 hrs p/w
- Location Sydney CBD - Office based NO WFH
The Business Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting a range of tasks to deliver high quality Business Support services. This is an onsite role that leads, and includes providing front of house Business Support services.
Key accountabilities
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of high-quality Business Support services and administration support of the Business Support function to ensure the business needs of the team are met, this includes providing support for reception and hospitality.
- Provide facility and shared space management, administrative and other support services such as reception, kitchen and meeting room support and coordination, document management and other services as required.
- Provide financial support including setting up new suppliers, processing purchase orders and invoices to support efficient financial and procurement processes within the team.
- Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
- Respond to and resolve enquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information, and the timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Active engagement on the Workplace, Health & Safety Committee, ensure implementation of WHS policies, processes and procedures, including undertaking new starter building inductions, to ensure a safe office environment that meets legislative requirements.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of facilities projects and services in consultation with other stakeholders, including implementing continuous improvement initiatives relating to the Business Support function.
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative Business Support services with a high attention to detail whilst maintaining high customer service levels
- Understanding of WHS policy and legislation highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues.
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain a First Aid Certificate within first few months of employment.
- Previous experience working within a Government role
