I am currently representing a family run business in the machinery equipment rent-to-buy industry. Having been established for 4 years and with a nationwide client base, they are seeking a Business Support Officer to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will provide Business Operations Support to a Senior team member and share the every growing work load.
This role will suit someone wanting to work remotely from home on a full time basis.
Your daily duties will include:
- data entry of contracts, legal documentation and relevant paperwork
- client management from a relationship and service perspective
- accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all paperwork, contracts, and insurances for machinery are complete prior to hiring or selling of equipment.
- preparing rental agreements, filing, liaising with contractors, and following up on invoices
To be successful in this role ideally you will:
- have a background in banking, finance, or legal with strong knowledge of contracts and legal documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
- the ability to quickly learn internal software systems is a must
This is a full-time, permanent, work-from-home position offering a competitive salary and opportunity to grow as the business continues to grow. Standard business hours apply, Monday to Friday.
