BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER
We are seeking applications from exceptional Business Support Officers to join our friendly team located in Nambour in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast
We are looking for someone to join our team for approximately 3 days a week (flexible work arrangements to be negotiated).
Key Strengths:
Provide administrative assistance to all employees within the office and provide excellent customer service to all Surveyors Co clients.
About you:
- Ability to multitask, work accurately and unsupervised.
- Experience in XERO/Accounting software / payroll experience is required.
- Computing skills and Microsoft Office skills particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service manner.
- Willingness to work in a team environment while being a continuous learner.
- Strong communication skills
Main Duties Responsibilities:
- Reception
- Data Entry
- General office duties
- Payroll Processing
- File Management
- General invoicing administration
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Mail and Banking
- Scheduling Maintenance and repairs of equipment, houses and vehicles
- Operational Monitoring & Record
