About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work for the National Parks and Wildlife Service, based in Kingscote, Kangaroo Island. As Business Support Officer you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurate and relevant visitor information and general enquiries relating to National Parks located on Kangaroo Island. Utilising your IT skills you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks including accounts payable, creation and maintenance of records, and assisting with HR and WHS processes.

Special Conditions:
- This role will be located at one of the NPWS regional offices.
- Current class “C” driver’s licence and willingness to drive is essential.
- May be required to undertake intra or interstate travel and work outside of the normal hours of work.
- Required to wear the appropriate uniform while undertaking duties, to represent the NPWS in a professional manner.
- A current First Aid Certificate may be required.
- Will be required to participate in fire management or associated duties.
- This role has been designated as a Position of Trust pursuant to the standards required in the Australian Government
obtaining a National Police Clearance (NPC), and to the Department requiring you to obtain an NPC.
Remuneration:
AS02 $57,842 min - $62,221 max p.a.
