Job Description The Opportunity We are currently looking for a Business Support Officer, on a casual basis, to provide high level customer focused front of house services and efficient core administrative support functions to business units at Arc Infrastructure. The RoleIn this role you will be responsible for:- Presenting a positive professional image of the business to customers, visitors and suppliers through the Reception function
- Booking and reconciliation of travel, accommodation and vehicle hire in line with the Company Travel Policy
- Management of Reception and phone calls
- Events coordination including but not limited to: Conferences, Meetings and other business functions including catering if required.
- Services to Front of House meeting rooms include catering, meeting room set up and pack up
- Management of couriers and mail
- Ensuring office supplies and equipment are replenished and in good working order including stationery, paper, and kitchen supplies etc.
- General Administrative support including but not limited to: preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, minutes, etc.
- Creation of Requisitions, goods receipting and processing invoices
- Experience in administrative support roles
- Knowledge of office and administrative procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in travel booking systems (Desirable)
