Troocoo are assisting a valued Government client recruit a Business Support Officer (AO3). This is an initial 1 month contract commencing immediately based locally in Cairns. This position will be a support role providing a high level of administrative support to the Management Team.The hourly contract rate is $46.27 p/hour + super | You must be available to commence immediately.Previous Government experience is highly regarded for this opportunity.Your new role:

• Provide high level administrative support to the Regional Management Team and Regional Director
• Coordinate correspondence for the Regional Director including requests from Senior Leadership, other Regions etc.
• Coordinate responses for Government Champion visits
• Compile responses for QGIF (insurance claims), Request for Information (RFI’s)
• Record minutes for Regional Management Team meetings, Toolbox meetings and various other meetings as required
• Entry of compliments and coordination of responses for complaints
• Compiling of conflict-of-interest documents
• Coordinate uniform orders for field staff

We are seeking candidates with the following attributes:

• Previous Government experience is highly regarded.
• Availability to commence immediately.
• Previous administration and meeting minutes experience is essential.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Reliability and adaptability to changing environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite experience is essential and experience with Visio is highly regarded.
