Our client, an international financial institution is seeking a Business Support Officer to assist in the setting up of clients, recording and storing of documentation, preparation and submission of reporting.
Description
The key responsibilities will be:
- Records Management
- Data Input - Ensuring accurate entry of client details into the Bank's systems.
- Report Completion - Timely and accurate fulfilment of required reports.
- Adherence to Financial Covenants.
- Bank audit confirmation and balance certificate;
- Bank Guarantees and counter guarantee cross boarder issuance;
- Proper recording and secure storage of documentation and reports.
Profile
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
- Previous Banking experience preferably in a similar role within a Commercial/Institutional Bank;
- Understanding of documentation for both Syndicated, Bilateral Facilities and Bank Guarantees.
- Strong administrative, time management and organisational skills
- Strong communications skills
- A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
