We are looking for the right candidate to join our well-established, energetic team as an Executive Assistance & Business Support Officer.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations and reports for management review.
- Coordinate and plan meetings, conferences and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for management projects and initiatives.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events including arrange catering, venue booking and logistics for events.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures and high-level administration
- Organisation of mail and couriers for office staff.
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
- Booking domestic travel and accommodation for interstate team;
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by executives.
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
