BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER – COMMUNITY TRANSPORT
Permanent, Part-Time (22.8 hours per week) Opportunity
Negotiated working hours over a 3 to 5 day period
Salary Range - $73,848 - $80,138 (1.0 FTE) plus superannuation (depending on skills and experience)

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an agile person who prides themselves on their accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency to work closely with the Community Transport Coordinator to manage Community Transport Services for older and transport disadvantaged residents within the City of Mitcham. The successful incumbent will have well developed administrative and organisational skills with the ability to work closely with volunteers and community members to provide a safe and reliable service.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A good understanding of Community Transport services and/or the needs of older and other vulnerable client groups;
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills;
- An excellent customer service focus;
- Flexibility, adaptability and versatility of approach to handle changing work requirements;
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence a wide range of people; and
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
